Served as a State Senator in the Nebraska Legislature for sixteen years.

Helped write and enact many of the laws applicable to injury cases.

Served as Chair of the Business and Labor Committee that oversees Nebraska Workers Compensation laws. As a Senator he was the primary sponsor of 131 bills that were enacted into law.

Chris Abboud has been a registered lobbyist for the past eight years and remains active in legislation affecting injured parties.
